C&P Elements:
*Mask Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 2
Apply Mask of Choice and Merge Group
*Frame 2...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%
Place to the center of the canvas
*Element 19...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs
Duplicate and align along the bottom of the frame
*Element 15...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs
Duplicate and align along the bottom of the frame
*Element 14...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs
Duplicate and align along the bottom of the frame\
*Frame 1...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 3xs
Duplicate and arrange among the flowers on
either side of the frame
*Element 18...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs
Duplicate and arrange among the flowers
*Element 3...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% and again 75%
Place to the middle of the frame
Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best
