C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Canvas Size: 

700x700

C&P Elements: 

*Mask Layer...MW Raster 1 layer...C&P into selection paper 7

Apply Mask of Choice...Merge Group

*Element 30...C&P as a new layer...Mirror/Flip...Erase the ribbon

ends from the middle and top of the element...MW the middle of the 

element and Expand by 6

*Tube...C&P as a new layer...Duplicate and slide one copy under the element

Invert/Delete...On the top copy erase the bottom portion of the tube so you 

tube looks like its coming out of the circle element

*Element 49...C&P as a new layer...RS by 855 2xs...Place behind the circle 

element move to the bottom

*Element 25...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%...Place in front of the tube

Duplicate and arrange to your liking

*Element 28...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45% and arrange among the blue roses

Duplicate and arrange to your liking

*Element 29...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45% and arrange among the blue and Orange

roses...Duplicate and arrange to your liking

*Element 44...C&P as a new layer...Place this element among the floral arrangement

*Element 21...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%...Place among the flowers

*Element 15...C&P as a new layer...Place in front of the water

*Element 31...C&P as a new layer...Place to the back of the design

above the Mask
