C&P Elements:
*Mask layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 9
Apply Mask of Choice and Merge Group
*Frame 6...C&P as a new layer...Free Rotate by 90 to the right...RS by 85%
MW inside the frame...Add a new layer...C&P into selection paper 6
C&P your tube of choice as a new layer...Invert/Delete
*Element 20...C&P as a new layer...Slide to the top right corner...
Duplicate/Flip/Mirror...Merge Down
*Element 4...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%
Place to the front of the frame in the lower left corner
*Element 25...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%...Duplicate
And Place the floral swags at the top and bottom of the frame
*Element 18...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%
Place behind the books to the left of the frame
*Element 17...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%
Place to the side of the first candle
*Element 34...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%
Place in front of the books
