Drop Shadow:

Whatever you prefer

Some Abbreviations I use:

C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Template:

**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

*Layer 0...MW and C&P into selection paper 3

Apply your mask of choice...Merge Group

*Layer 1...MW and C&P into selection paper 4

*Layer 2...MW and C&P into selection paper 4

*Layer 5...MW and C&P into selection paper 6

*Layer 3...MW and C&P into selection paper 2

*Layer 4...MW and C&P into selection paper 4

*Glitter Circle Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 3

Apply some noise

C&P Elements:

*Close up tube...MW inside the glitter circle...Expand by 3

and C&P tube as a new layer...Invert/Delete...change Blend

Mode to Overlay

*Element 6...Using a gradient of choice and the change to target Brush

Recolor this element...C&P as a new layer above Layer 2...Place towards to

the top left corner...Duplicate/Flip/Mirror...Merge Down

*Element 15...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75% and again by 85%...Place in

front of the glittered circle

*Element 16...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%...Free Rotate by 30 to the right

Place to the left of the paint can

*Element 17...C&P as a new layer...Place towards the top of the canvas...Duplicate

and slide one copy under Layer 5...Erase any part of the top copy that shows on layer 5

This will give the illusion of the rainbow coming from behind the shape

*Element 9...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45% and Mirror...Slide behind the paint

can...Duplicate and arrange to your liking

*Element 7...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% ...Slide behind the poppy flower...

Duplicate and arrange to your liking

*Element 13...C&P as a new layer...Give element a tilt to the right

Place behind the flowers...Duplicate/Mirror and slide the copy to above the

flowers

*Element 19...C&P as a new layer...Place element above Layer 3

*Element 12...C&P as a new layer...Place behind Layer 4...RS by 85%

Place to the top right corner

*Word Art 1...C&P as a new layer...Place where you like it best

Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
