C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Template:

**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

*BG Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 2...

Apply Mask...Merge Group

*Right Blue Rectangle Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 1

*Left Blue Rectangle Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 1

*Raster 1 Layer...Apply more noise to this layer

*Aqua Oval Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 3

*Blue Rectangle Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 1

*White Strip Layer...Apply some Noise

*Aqua Frame Rectangle Layer...Select/Float/De-Float...Flood Fill with

#8997ae...Apply some Noise

*White Dotted Rectangle Layer...Leave As Is

*Aqua Strip Layer...Select/Float/De-Float...Flood Fill with

#8997ae

*Blue Circle Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 3

*Snow Flake Overlay Layer...Leave It As Is

*White Circle Frame Layer...Apply some Noise

*Aqua Circle Frame Layer...Select/Float/De-Float...Flood Fill with

#8997ae

*Word Art Layer...Adjust/Manual Color Correction...Select the aqua color of the letters

and change to the color #8997ae...If your word art's snow turns orange in color...Repeat step

and change it back to White

C&P Elements:

*Tube...Click inside the White Frame Layer with your MW...C&P your tube as a new layer...

Invert/Delete...Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light

*Element 45...C&P as a new layer...RS 45%...Place to the left top corner of the Rectangles

Duplicate/Mirror/Flip...Merge Down

*Element 16...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the Circle layers...Duplicate/Mirror...

Merge Down

*Element 4...C&P as a new layer...RS 65%...Rotate Floral Bunch so the more pointed end is

pointing towards the bottom of the canvas...Duplicate/Mirror

*Element 6...C&p as a new layer...Place behind the Floral Bunch...Duplicate/Mirror...

Merge Down

*Element 38...C&P as a new layer...RS 65% 2xs...Place behind the castles...

Duplicate/Mirror...Merge Down
