C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Canvas Size: 

700x700

C&P Elements: 

*Mask Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 52

Apply Mask of Choice...Merge Group...RS by 85% if needed

*Element 116...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85%

and arrange in the center of the canvas...MW inside the frame...Expand by 15

Add a new layer and C&P into selection paper 56

Tube...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85%...Place behind the frame

Duplicate and move the copy above the frame...Erase any part you 

don't want to show above the frame

*Element 77...C&P as a new layer...RS by 25%

Duplicate/Mirror...Arrange to your liking

*Element 145...C&P as a new layer...RS by 35%

Duplicate/Mirror...Arrange to your liking

*Element 99...C&P as a new layer...RS by 25%

Duplicate/Mirror...Arrange to your liking

*Element 151...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the flowers 

on the left side...Erase any stems that pass the other flowers

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
