Close original and delete Credit layer
**Close out all layers except the background layer
(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)
*1 layer...MW ad C&P into selection Paper 5
Apply your Mask...Merge Group
*A layer...Apply Noise to this layer...Be sure to un-check
Monochrome, so we see all the fun colors in the noise
*AA layer...Select all/Float/De-Float...Flood fill with
a color of choice...I am using #7adfff
*B layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 4
*BB layer...Select all/Float/De-Float...Flood fill with
a color of choice...I am using #956eff
*C layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 4
*CC layer...Select all/Float/De-Float...Flood fill with
a color of choice...I am using #956eff

Place to the left behind the Ice Cream Cone
