Drop Shadow:

Whatever you prefer

Some Abbreviations I use:

C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Template:

**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

*Raster 1 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 11

Apply Mask of choice

*Raster 10 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 6

*Raster 9 and 9 (copy) layers...Merge these layers together...

MW and C&P into selection paper 1

*Raster 8 and 8 (copy) layers...Merge these layers together...

MW and C&P into selection paper 9

*Raster 7 and 7 (copy) layers...Merge these layers together...

Apply Xero: Fritillary with any settings you like

*Raster 6 and 6 (copy) layers...Merge these layers together...

MW and C&P into selection paper 10

*Raster 5 and 5 (copy) layers...Merge these layers together...

Apply Pente.com: Dot and Cross using settings of your liking.

*Raster 3 and 3 (copy) layers...Merge these layers together...

MW and C&P into selection paper 6

*Raster 11 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 1

*Raster 4 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper

*Raster 2 layer...MW and Flood Fill with a color of choice

I am using #effc00...Apply Xero: Fritillary your own settings

*Raster 12 layer...Select All/Float/De-Float...Flood Fill is a

shade of green...I am using #abda00...Apply some Noise

*Raster 14 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 11

*Raster 13 layer...Apply Pente.com: Dot and Cross using

settings of your liking.

*Raster 15 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 8

C&P Elements:

*Frame 6...C&P as a new layer...RS by 90% 2xs...And Place

above the circle layers

*Frame 2...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% and slide under the

Raster 3 layer...Duplicate/Flip/Mirror...Merge Down

*Element 47...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 2xs...Slide to the left of the tag

*Element 35...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% 2-3xs...Duplicate 3xs and create a pile

of coins in front of the pot of gold...Add your tube...the one i am using

fits nicely on the pile of coins...If using the same tube erase the cartoon-y

coin

*Element 51...C&P as a new layer...RS by 90% and place on the pot of gold

*Element 22...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the Raster 15 layer

*Element 42...C&P as a new layer...Place behind Raster 5...Slide to the right

of the tag...Duplicate and stagger

**Add some word art...if you want. I added Happy St. Patty's Day!

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
