Some Abbreviations I use:

C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Template:

**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

*Background layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 9

Apply Mask of Choice...Merge Group

*Raster 1 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 4

*Raster 2 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 6

*Raster 3 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 6

*Raster 4 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 10

*Raster 5 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 10

*Raster 6 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 9

*Raster 7 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 9

*Raster 8 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 4

*Raster 9 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 9

*Raster 10 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 6

*Raster 11 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 10

*Raster 12 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 10

*Raster 13 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 10

C&P Elements: 

*Element 16...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85%

Place in front of the center diamond

*Element 41...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%

Duplicate and slide these layers...Just above Raster 6

Mirror one of these and arrange on either side

*Tube...C&P as a new layer...RS if needed place in 

the front of all the shapes

*Element 23...C&P as a new layer...Duplicate and place 

along the bottom of the canvas, just behind the tube

So it looks as thought your tube is laying on a rocky beach

*Element 18...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%

Place in front of the tube to the left

*Element 19...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%

Place behind the tube and the rocks on the right side

*Element 5...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45% 

and again by 75%...Place on top of the posts

*Element 10...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75% 2xs

Flip/Duplicate/Mirror...Merge Down...C&P another and Rotate

until it is parallel...RS by 75% and Place all of 

the flowers around Raster 1 

*Element 28...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%

Duplicate 2xs and Arrange to your liking behind the lighthouse

*Element 27...C&P as a new layer...Duplicate and 

align in front of the dolphins

*Element 12...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% 2xs

Duplicate a couple of times and arrange in 

front of the tube to your liking

*Element 11...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% and again by 75%

Duplicate and place one behind the anchor and one on top

And erase enough to make it look like it is hanging off the anchor

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
