C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Template:

**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

**Background Layer...MW...C&P into selection Paper 9

Apply your mask...Merge Group

*Pink Dotted Outlines...Flood Fill with a color

that is in your tube or kit. I am using #591850 (Dark Purple)

Add some noise

*Blue Rectangles...MW and C&P into selection Paper 11

*Lt Blue Rectangles...MW and C&P into selection Paper 17

*Lt Pink Rectangles...MW and C&P into selection Paper 3

*Blue Circles...MW and C&P into selection Paper 11

*White Dotted Circles...Add Some noise to this layer

*Pink Shapes...MW and C&P into selection Paper 14
