C&P Elements:

*Raster One...MW...C&P into selection paper 3

Apply your Mask of Choice

*Button 3...C&P as a new layer RS by 55% and again by 75%

Apply MuRa's Meisters- Copies in Encircle Settings Adjust the

number of copies to your liking

*Add a close up to the frame you made out of the button

*Cupcake...C&P as a new layer RS 45% and again by 75%...

Place to the right of your tag

*Boots...C&P as a new layer RS 55% and again by 75%

Place behind the Cupcake

*Candy...C&P as a new layer RS 55% 2xs...Place behind the Cupcake

Give it a slight rotate

*Frame 2...C&P as a new layer and place above the Mask layer

*Flower 2...C&P as a new layer RS 55% 2xs...Rotate 90 to either the left or

right Place on the opposite side of the Cupcake

*Bird...C&P as a new layer RS 55% 2xs Place in front of the flowers

*Bow 2...C&P as a new layer RS 55% 2xs Place in front of the button frame

in the middle

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
