Some Abbreviations I use:

C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Canvas Size:

650x650

*Open a new canvas...MW and C&P paper 1 into selection

*C&P Frame 1 as a new layer...RS 75% and again 85%

*C&P Frame 2 as a new layer...place under frame 1

RS...85%

*C&P Element 5 RS 85% 2x's...place under frames and

erase any part that sticks out the sides or bottom of the frames

*C&P Element 4 RS 85% 2x's...place under frames and

erase any part that sticks out the sides or bottom of the frames

*C&P Element 6 RS 75%...place under frames and

erase any part that sticks out the sides or bottom of the frames

*Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best

*C&P Element 12 RS 55%...Place on top of the frames

and to the bottom right

*C&P Element 10 and 13...RS 45%...place around the Pill bottle

*C&P Element 3 RS 45% and give it a slight rotate to the right by 35%

*C&P Element 1 RS 65% and place to the top of the frames

*C&P Word Art Rotate by 90% to the left

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
