Some Abbreviations I use:

C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Canvas Size: 

700x700

C&P Elements: 

*Mask layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 1

Apply mask of choice...Merge Group

*Frame 1...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75%

MW inside the frame...C&P as a new layer, your close up of tube...RS if needed

Erase any part of the tube that sticks out the bottom of the frame

*Element 21...C&P as a new layer...Mirror 

and align along the frame...RS by 85% 2xs

*Element 18...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%

Place to the bottom of the floral bunch...

slide underneath the floral bunch

*Element 20...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%

Duplicate and arrange among the flowers

*Element 7...C&P as a new layer...Place behind all the flowers

*Element 17...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%

And place on top of the flowers towards the bottom of the floral bunch
