Some Abbreviations I use:
C&P~Copy and Paste
RS~Re-size
DS~Drop Shadow
MW~Magic Wand
Template:
**Open template and Duplicate
Close original and delete Credit layer
**Close out all layers except the background layer
(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)
*Background layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 16
Apply Mask of Choice...Merge Group and Apply some noise
*1 Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 20
*2 Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 1
*3 Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 14
*4 Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 1
*5 Layer...Leave As Is
*6 - 9 Layers...Select All/Float/De-Float and flood fill with #6a0e0f
*10 Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 1
*11 Layer...Apply some Noise
C&P Elements:
*Balloons...C&P as a new layer...RS by 35%
Duplicate and place each copy on top
of the bottom points of Layer 10
*Twirl...C&P as a new layer...Place above layer 3
*Banner...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%
Place on top of layer 10...line up with the corners of layer 4
*Rose 1...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%
Place to the left of the tag and just under layer 5
*Rose 2...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%
Place to the right of the tag and just under layer 5
*Flower 4...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%
Place to the left of the tag and just under layer 5
and on top of the Rose
*Flower 3...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%
Place to the right of the tag and just under layer 5
and on top of the Rose
Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best
Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark
Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
