*Mask Layer...MW Raster 1 layer...C&P into selection paper 5

Apply your grunge mask of choice...Merge Group

*Frame 3...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85%...MW inside the empty portion

on the frame and Expand by 3...Add a new raster and C&P into the selection

paper 4...Slide this layer under the frame

*Element 23...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 2xs...Slide towards the

bottom of the frame

**Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best...I placed it in the

middle and erase her legs

*Element 17...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%...Place at the bottom of the Fan

*Element 2...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%...Place behind the Floral Bunch...

Duplicate/Mirror

Mirror...Erase the top loop of the chain

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
