**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

*Background Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 12

Apply your Mask of Choice...Merge Group

*Square Frame 1 Layer...MW and Flood Fill with a darker blue...

*Close Up Tube...MW inside one of the Polaroids...Expand by 3

C&P as a new layer...RS by 85%...Invert/Delete...Slide under the Polaroid

Duplicate and Mirror...Change the Blend Mode to Hard Light

*Element 46...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45% and Duplicate a few times

Arrange to your liking among the layers

*Element 47...C&P as a new layer...RS by 35% and Duplicate a few times

Place next to the other flowers you arranged earlier

*Element 48...C&P as a new layer...RS by 40% and Duplicate a few times

Place next to the other flowers you arranged earlier

*Element 52...C&P as a new layer...RS by 40%...Mirror...Free Rotate by 30 to the left

Place to the top corner of the 2nd Rectangle Frame

*Element 53...C&P as a new layer...RS by 40%...Mirror...Free Rotate by 30 to the right

Place to the top corner of the 2nd Square Frame

*Element 51...C&P as a new layer...Arrange to your liking among the layers

*Element 50...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75%...Arrange to your liking among the layers

*Element 3...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75%...Place to the middle of the Polaroids

Erase most of the dolphin so it looks like it is peeking through from behind

*Full Tube...C&P as a new layer...RS if needed...Place in front 

of the dolphin to hide the erase portion

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
