C&P~Copy and Paste
RS~Re-size
DS~Drop Shadow
MW~Magic Wand
Template:
**Open template and Duplicate
Close original and delete Credit layer
**Close out all layers except the background layer
(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)
*Background layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 5
Apply Mask...Merge Group
*Black Dotted Rectangle 4 & 5 layers...Merge these layers
Leave them as is
*Grey Rectangle 2 & 3 layers...Merge these layers
Apply Xero: Fritillary with these settings 5/30/35/55
*Black Dotted Rectangle 2 & 3 layers...Merge these layers
Leave them as is
*Black Rectangle 2 & 3 layers...Merge these layers
MW and C&P into selection paper 4
*White Dotted Rectangle 2 & 3 layers...Merge these layers
Apply some noise
*White Rectangle 2 & 3 layers...Merge these layers
MW and C&P into selection paper 7
*Grey Dotted Rectangle 2 & 3 layers...Merge these layers
Apply some noise
*Grey Circle 2 & 3 layers...Merge these layers

Optional: Apply some grad glow to all the shapes not the outlines
C&P Elements:
*Tube...C&P as a new layer...RS if needed
*Element 65...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75%
Place to the bottom of your tube
*Element 42...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75% x2
Place above the White Rectangle 3 layer to the left
Duplicate/Flip/Mirror
*Element 69...C&P as a new layer...RS if needed
Place behind the tube layer to the left...Erase any portions
that stick out below the flowers...Duplicate/Mirror/Merge Down
*Element 61...C&P as a new layer...Place above the Grey Rectangle 1
slightly to the top left...Duplicate/Flip/Mirror...Merge Down
*Element 36...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the tube and move
slightly towards the top of the tag
*Element 50...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the front flowers
De-Saturate the skull...Duplicate/Mirror...Place slightly higher on the
opposite side of the flowers
*Element 43...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the Black Circle 4
to the top left...Duplicate 3 times...Mirror and flip the copies to
frame out the circle
*Element 35...C&P as a new layer...Place above the Black Dotted
Rectangles 4 & 5 to the bottom left...Duplicate/Flip/Mirror
Merge Down
Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark
Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
