It is nearly that magical time of year when the weather cools off and the landscaping goes dormant until next Spring. We will be turning the pumps off for their six month rest in the middle of October, as we have in previous years. We will place an update on the Announcements page and put up a couple of signs at the neighborhood entrances to remind neighbors to close their Main Valves and schedule an irrigation blow-out for their property. The HOA is not responsible for private property winterizations or any damages caused due to negligence of homeowners not winterizing their systems in the fall.
