The City of Fruita is planning to turn the irrigation water on during the week of April 12. Our water shares are not effected by the City of Fruita's irrigation system, but our Board tries to get our system up and running about the same time frame as the City of Fruita. We will have updates as this process unfolds.
The 2021 Annual Assessments were due by January 30, 2021. The grace period for late fees ended March 31, 2021. Any payments not yet received will be assessed a $20 late fee for February, a $20 late fee for March and a $20 late fee for any additional month after that. All but about a dozen members have already sent in their payments, so thank you to those that have already done so. The Assessment this year was $200.00 and if you accidently sent in a payment for $199.50 we sent you a note requesting the balance of your payment.
We are waiting to see what Mesa County will be deciding as far as COVID meeting restrictions. If we are able to do so, we would like to hold an Annual Meeting this year as soon as it is possible to do so. Until then, please do keep an eye on the City of Fruita's website as there will be public input requests on the Fremont Street Project which could effect traffic through the east side of our subdivision.
