During this time of sporadic and low water levels, the Board would like to remind all of our neighbors of the Code of Conduct expected from Members and Board Members of the Association:
Members and Board Members (whom are Members and volunteers of the Association) are expected to behave with common courtesy and civility at all times and refrain from the use of abusive, rude, threatening or fowl language. Board Members will not contact Members by telephone or at their residence unless an emergency exists or unless the Member has requested contact, and Board Members will not be contacted on their personal telephone lines or at their residence without their expressed consent or invitation. An Association telephone number is available for emergency and non-emergency question and concerns: 970-639-4061. Non-emergent calls will be returned at a reasonable time and within a reasonable amount of time. Email addresses are also posted to the website if you wish to contact the Board electronically.
We realize that these past few days of inconsistent water levels reaching our holding tank have been frustrating. As Members of the Association we too have been affected by the low water levels, and as volunteers we are working on getting more water down the lateral ditch to our holding tank so that it can be delivered to the Membership and the common areas owned by the Association. It is especially important during these times of frustration that we all treat each other with decency and basic human respect.
Thank you
