Major Improvement to the Irrigation System

Today we made a major improvement to the irrigation system!

This brand new gadget is a float that will turn the pumps on when the water level in the pond is high enough to run the pumps safely, and will turn the pumps off before the water level gets too low.

This does not mean we are receiving more water from the farmers up 19 Road, but it does mean the system is automated so it will run more efficiently and it will allow us to water the parks in the middle of the night.

We did have several neighbors meet yesterday to tour the Compton divide of our irrigation lateral. They have been tasked with forming a sub-committee to research possible solutions to the water theft that is currently taking place. They will present their findings and make a recommendation to the Board at the upcoming Officers Meeting scheduled for July 19 at 7 pm.
