The water is on and the pink signs have been removed. Go ahead and open up your Main Valves and program your timers to either your assigned morning or evening times and days. If you’ve sprung a leak over the winter, close your Main Valve and have it fixed at your convenience. Give us a call if your Main Valve has failed and we can turn the pumps off until repairs are made.

We had to locate some isolation valves that were closed to make sure water was getting to every part of the subdivision, and we encountered a couple of small issues that need repaired tomorrow. Water will be turned on Thursday in the evening when folks are home in case they have issues and need to have the pumps turned off. Stick to the schedule for watering, but if you want to open your Main Valve and quickly test your zones please feel free to do so after water is on Thursday evening. The number, if you have a leak that cannot be isolated by closing your Main Valve: 970-639-4061.

This morning we got the pumps up and the lines pressurized so we could check the system for leaks, and we did locate a break. We are going to get the line fixed and try, try again. It is imperative that individual home owners keep their Main Valve CLOSED during this process. When we are sure the system is functioning at 100% we will take down the pink signs and update the Announcements Page with the go-ahead to open your Main Valve and water during your scheduled time.
