This year when winterizing the Main Lines for the Homeowner's Association, the landscapers had to stop what they were doing several times to chase down neighbors stealing air pressure (to winterize their personal sprinkler systems instead of hiring someone to do it) to ask them to stop so they would have enough air pressure to complete their job. This resulted in four extra hours of labor charged to the HOA at $50/hour. This extra cost of $200 will be paid by all members of the Homeowner's Association.
With this is mind the Board approved a $100 fine to be issued to homeowner's for stealing air pressure and interfering with the winterization of the common property lines. It is much less costly to hire a professional.
Please see the attached watering schedule which will go into effect in the spring of 2017. Everyone will have to reprogram their water timers as everyone (minus the townhomes sub-association) has been given new dates and times to water. We hope that this new schedule and some upcoming projects in the neighborhood will improve the irrigation system as a whole.
Thank you
