HOA Assessments are due January 30 of every year. This applies to everyone, even properties in sub-associations within the Main Association.
HOA Assessments = $220.00 Annually

Effective July 1, 2007: There will be a grace period through March 31st. Assessments not paid in full by April 1st will be subject to a retro-active fee of $20/month for February and March. Each additional late month will be fined an additional $20 late fee. Liens may be filed after June 1st.
If you are a property owner but do not live at the property in the Cotton Woods subdivision, please email us you current mailing address. This will ensure that you will receive mail from the HOA.

Per HB 25-1043, the Board is required to post a link to a Department of Regulatory Agency (DORA) website regarding curing any delinquent assessments and to inform unit owners about the availability of, and instructions on how to access free online information through the HOA Information and Resource Center.
