The decision has been made to dump the muddy water and turn off the pumps. We do not take this decision lightly, but in order to protect our equipment we will dump the muddy water caused by the landslides from the recent heavy rain. Several zones were stuck open all night last night due to the mud, causing flooding. We will reroute the water and turn the pumps back on as soon as possible. We will update you here.
Also, of great importantance, the City of Fruita meetings are happening now to get public feedback on the Fremont Street project which WILL impact our neighborhood. To get more information and to make public comment, please see the City of Fruit website here: Transportation Circulation Plan | City of Fruita Colorado This is an important opportunity to get the facts and to make your voice count. This proposed change to the traffic plan will change the flow of traffic through our subdivision and the City needs to know how this will affect your quality of life.
