Motorized vehicles are also not allowed on the trails throughout the neighborhood for recreational purposes, but there may be limited traffic for service vehicles such as landscaping, Grand Valley Drainage District, Mosquito Control and other maintenance vehicles.
We try to limit the use of motorized vehicles on the trails because the City has a recreational easement on our trails, and because we would like to limit the possibility of a vehicle vs pedestrian accident.
