Symposium, April 11 @ the Long Beach Airport Holiday Inn. See

Educational Symposium are Sean Moffatt talking on “The Minting Processthe

and Coins”, Mark Baskin , “Antique Counterfeit Detecting Scales and
Devices” and Charmy Harker “Penny Potpourri- A Collection of Penny
Creations”. Flyers will be passed out at our meeting .

Old and New Business: The CSNA speakers for the 47th Annual

Our club had a successful banquet on Jan. 25 with 18 members and guests
attending. Good food and games were enjoyed by all. Mike took several

discussion presened a balanced view of how collectors use this important part
of the numismatic market. Collectors buy limited material with care and, if they
are willing to put in the work, have used EBay to sell their excess items. The talk
was well received, especially by many collectore who needed to know one of
the many options to intelligently sell their excess coins.
