- Analyze photographic lighting.
- Develop a sense of how light affects the overall quality/feel of an image.

- Go to the Flickr Creative Commons.
- Find some images with lighting that you enjoy - try to find a diverse set of lighting situations.
- Repost three of the images to your course projects blog, making a note of each image's author.
- Describe the light of each image in about 3-4 sentences per image.
Helpful Questions:
- Is there one light source or multiple light sources?
- For each light source:
- What is it's direction? Where is it coming from?
- How intense is the light?
- Is it soft or hard?
- Is it warm or cool?
- Is it direct or indirect?
- Does it convey an overall mood or feeling?
