Lynda.com: A good collection of introductory tutorials to Cinema 4D. Shameless plug: I've created a few courses for them and I feel they're excellent introductions to not just the software but the 3D concepts in use.
Grayscale Gorilla: An awesome bunch of free tutorials. Typically project-based with a pretty-looking final result. This seems to be the place a lot of people go when first learning Cinema 4D - so don't use any of the tutorial content in your reel everyone else already has.
Cineversity: The definitive collection of cinema 4d tutorials and information. Created by Maxon Computer, the US Distributors of Cinema 4D. If you have any questions about how a particular feature works, 10min on this website should sort you out.
HelloLux: A lot of great tips and tricks from one of the most accomplished Cinema 4D artists working today.
