Today, we continue work on All About Me. It's the final in-class day to work on this project, so students are encouraged to work hard in class and finish the project before the "soft" deadline (remember, projects are not totally "due" until the final week of class!).

Don't Forget: Today, we have our first piece of homework in the Google Draw Post-Test. This is a quick assignment worth 10 points that should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. It is due by the end of the 9 weeks.

Again, we work on the All About Me project today as students edge a little nearer to finishing it. If students have questions about the project, feel free to consult my tutorial again, or ask another student for help.

Now that we know how to use the program well, we focus specifically on the All About Me project and will focus on it for the entirety of today through Friday.

Today, we finish our tutorial, and do more practice for the All About Me project. In addition, we put some effort into learning how to access Google Image Search. Monday, we begin the project in earnest!

Today, the students were given a short introduction to their first assignment, All About Me. They watched a portion of a short tutorial video about the basics of Google Draw in order to prepare them for the challenge. We'll finish the video and associated skills tomorrow!

Today, we watched a tutorial about basic computer functions. For many students, this was a review--but for some, this is the first time they've encountered these specific computer skills. The tutorial is located here. We will also review my webpage to assure that students understand where and how to find everything on it.
