Time To Get App!

A 50 point assignment

You have already created a soundboard app using the speeches of both Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X. Now, you're going to modify the programming of those to create a soundboard of whatever you'd like! 

Your soundboard is going to be very similar to the MLK/Malcolm X soundboard. The differences will be:

• Aesthetics

  • Color of app

  • Font

    • Color

    • Size

    • Face

• Top picture

• Picture buttons

• Sounds

• Two more sounds

Additionally, you will have to research any new, functional addition to the app. By "functional," I mean something that serves a purpose. As an example, in the past, folks have researched and successfully implemented:

• Volume sliders

• Second screens

• Password locks

• Buttons that produce a new sound every time they're clicked

• Secret sounds that turn visible when certain criteria are met

• Speech recording

Don't let this be an exhaustive list! Be bold and do some research!

Possible topics for your soundboard might be famous clips or noises from:

• Video games

  • Movies or TV shows (2) (3)

  • Random sound effects (login: alexanderclass, password: student) (2) (3)

• Famous speeches

Go bananas with this! I'd love to see your creativity.
