How to fix a Disconnected Node

NOTE: If Node is currently connected to a Wi-Fi do extra steps below but if not please skip to Wi-Fi Setup 

Reset Network Configuration and Connect to Wi-Fi: 

Step 1: Node connected to Wi-Fi

1. Turn off the Node or remove any power source ( Batteries / Power cable )

2. As soon as you plug in the cable start holding down the left arrow and S button

3. Do not let go until the beeping stops.

4. Try one of these three options depending on availability

   1. If On/Off switch is available, turn Off and On the node OR 

   2. If power cable is available Plug power cable back in

   3. If only batteries put batteries in the Node.

5. Once it fails press the 2 arrows to provision the node. 

Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi

1. Download Senso App from App Store

2. Insert Battery 1.5V or plug to power outlet

3. Set Node to Provisioning mode and press 2 arrows at same time to set provisioning mode

4. Connect Mobile device to OTA Node Wi-Fi

   1. On Mobile device Go to Setting > Connections > Wi-Fi

   2. Connect to Wi-Finame Mysimplelink with 6 characters that matches the MAC Address of the Node

5. Connect Node to Facility Wi-Fi

   1. Open Senso App and click Wi-Fi Setup and choose the Wi-Fi name that the Node is going to use

   2. Enter Credentials and click join ( NOTE: These are case sensitive )

Rest network settings then connect to Wi-Fi

1. Turn Off node ( If On/Off switch is available on top of the node, skip step 2. ) ( If no On/Off switch proceed to step 2 )

2. Remove all power source ( Batteries, Power cable ) 

3. With out the batteries, plug in the power cord. ( Only if power cord is available, if not put the batteries back in and proceed to step 6. ) 

4. Turn on the node. ( If On/Off switch is available on top of the node )

5. As soon as you turn on or  plug or put batteries in the node hold down the left arrow and the S button until it starts beeping.

6. Once the beeping stops let go of the button and it should say connecting wait.

7. Turn off the node and turn it back on once it fails to connect put the node to provisioning by pressing the 2 arrows together.

8. Connect Mobile device to OTA Node Wi-Fi

   1. On Mobile device Go to Setting > Connections > Wi-Fi

   2. Connect to Wi-Finame Mysimplelink with 6 characters that matches the MAC Address of the Node

9. Connect Node to Facility Wi-Fi

   1. Open Senso App and click Wi-Fi Setup and choose the Wi-Fi name that the Node is going to use

   2. Enter Credentials and click join ( NOTE: These are case sensitive )
