NOTE: Before customizing node settings, sensor(s) should be powered ON, connected to your facility’s Wi-Fi, and installed to the desired storage unit.
Nodes are configurable on the Node Configuration page and should be customized to reflect your facility’s monitoring requirements. The ability to configure nodes is reserved for System Admins and Group Admins. (See User Level Type Permissions for more information.) Group Admins are only able to configure nodes that are assigned to their group(s), whereas System Admins can configure any node associated with the cloud account.

Select the “CONFIGURATION” tab in the main menu.
Select the “Nodes” tab in the submenu.
The submenu will reveal new options. Select the “Configure” tab.
The “Registered Nodes” page displays the current settings for all the nodes assigned to your account. Table data displays Node Name, Node ID, Firmware Version, Interval (Minutes), Location, MAC Address, Node Type, Alarm Low, Alarm High, Alarm Delay, ReAlarm Delay, Data Alarm On/Off, Signal Alarm On/Off, Battery Alarm On/Off, Alarm Email (On/Off), Alarm SMS (On/Off), ReAlarm On/Off, Alarm Voice (On/Off), Alarm Fax (On/Off), Unit, Unit Max, Unit Min, Node Status, Action, and checkboxes enabling the option to configure multiple nodes. (See Configure Multiple Nodes for more information.)
The table displayed on the “Registered Nodes” page can also be exported to excel by clicking the “Export to Excel” icon at the top-right of the page.
Registered Nodes
The Node Status is an identifier that details the current status of a node. Status indicates a node’s ability, intent, and/or payment status. There are six (6) different status types:
Active
Nodes which are intended to be on and connected.
New Node (Inactive)
Nodes which are produced and being shipped to client.
On-Hold
Nodes which are suspended by Support due to delinquency.
Spare
Extra nodes used as a backup for malfunctioning nodes. (To activate a spare node see Spare Nodes.)
Inactive
Nodes which are identified as being purposefully disconnected.
RMA
Nodes which are being used for a replacement.
