The “Recent Tickets” tab archives all submitted tickets, allows for direct responses to ticket topics, and documents all ticket information in a centralized location. It displays information like Ticket ID, Subject, Created By, Created Date, Priority, and Status, as well as conversation responses.

Select the “HELP” tab in the main menu.
Select the “Recent Tickets” tab in the submenu.
The “Recent Tickets” page displays tickets created on the account. Select the desired ticket to view responses from the Technical Support Team.
The “Ticket Comments” page allows you to view chronological responses from the SensoScientific Technical Support Team and provide additional comments if the ticket is still active.
