On the left tabs select “Settings” then “Configure”. Finally, click the dropdown menu next to “Admin Audit Report” and select “On”. This feature will allow any user to audit reports and log their review.
After the feature has been turned on, the audit report icon will appear at the top of the report for any user when they run a report. When this icon is selected, an audit report window will prompt to confirm the report audit.
To audit the report, the entire report must be reviewed. Select “Report Approved” if no problem with the data is found, otherwise, select “Report Not Approved”. To proceed with the audit, a comment must be entered. Please note that no special characters are allowed in the comment section. Click the Audit Report button at the bottom of the screen to complete the report audit.
