Once Checklist menu is created, you can customize the menu from the Checklist Configuration page. (See HACCP: Add Menu for more information.)

Select the “CONFIGURATION” tab in the main menu.
Select the “Checklist” tab in the submenu.
The submenu will reveal new options. Select the “Configure” tab.
Select the desired Checklist Menu from the dropdown list.
Click the “Add Checklist” button to create a new checklist item. You can delete checklist items by clicking the “Remove Item” button.
Click the “Add Field” button. You can delete checklist fields by clicking the “Remove Field” button.
Enter the Field Name and Field Type (Text, Numeric, Checkbox, Date, Date_Time, Time).
Click the “Save Checklist” button at the top of the page.
