The “Calibration Status” tab is designed to show you valuable information regarding Calibration Certificate information such as Gauge Serial Number, Probe Type, Certificate Number, Calibration Date, Calibration Due Date, Calibration Type, Calibration Duration, and Occurrence. From this page, you can also view Calibration Certificates, enable/disable Calibration Alarms, enter Notes, update Shipping Address, and sort calibration information.

Select the “CALIBRATION” tab in the main menu.
The page will automatically take you to the “Calibration Status” tab. Optionally, you can select the “Calibration Status” tab from the submenu to return to this page.
Calibration Status
Sort By
At the top of the page, there is a filter to be able to sort information by Calibration Due Date, Certificate #, Probe Type, Gauge Serial #, Calibration Type, and Calibration Duration.
Color Legend
YELLOW indicates when “Calibration Almost Due” and is enabled when the Calibration Certificate is 3 months away from expiration.
RED indicates when “Calibration Past Due” and is enabled when the Calibration Certificate has expired.
Calibration Information
Every SensoScientific Calibration Certificate and probe will include the following information which can also be viewed on the “Calibration Status” page table: Gauge Serial #, Probe Type, Certificate #, Calibration Date, Calibration Due Date, Calibration Type, Calibration Duration, and Occurrence.
View Certificate
By selecting the “View Certificate” button, you will be taken to a PDF of the selected certificate to view, print, and/or download. Optionally, you can print multiple certificates by marking the checkboxes in the rightmost column and selecting the “Print Certificates” button.
Calibration Alarm Enabled Checkbox
Marking the checkbox in the “Calibration Alarm Enabled” column will activate email notifications for the selected certificate to notify account users of upcoming calibration renewal. View Calibration Alarm Notifications for a timeline of anticipated email notifications regarding calibration.
Notes
The Notes section allows users to input information relating to the desired certificate and/or probe. We recommend entering the Node Name, Node ID, or MAC Address of the node that the probe and correlating certificate is attached to.
Shipping Address
When it comes time for recalibration, SensoScientific will ship newly calibrated probes to the shipping address entered in this field. Each probe/certificate has a field to enter a shipping address to accommodate clients with multiple locations.
Print Multiple Certificates
By marking the checkboxes on the rightmost column and selecting the “Print Certificates” button, you can print any number of Calibration Certificates. Optionally, you can print certificates individually by selecting the “View Certificate” button.
This is the company level setting. If it is enabling, it will display Mac Id in the calibration status. Customer able to select the MAC address for each probe (certificate).
Mac Address
By selecting the “View Certificate” button, you can view, print, and/or download the selected Calibration Certificate. Alternately, you can print any number of certificates by marking the checkbox in the rightmost column and selecting the “Print Certificates” button. Upon expiration, Calibration Certificates are archived indefinitely for your convenience. See Calibration History for more information on archived certificates.

Calibration Certificate
Prior to certificate expiration, Calibration Alarms will be sent to all SensoScientific Cloud account system admins, group admins, and users with enabled email notifications on their profile. To prevent all user types from receiving notifications, Calibration Certificates must be assigned to an individual User or Group. See Assigning Certificates to Users and Creating Calibration Groups for further instruction on assigning certificates to users and groups.
For each calibration due, a total of 4 emails will be triggered:
3 Months Prior
Three months prior to certificate expiration, SensoScientific receives a notification that your calibration is about to expire, and we get started with the SNAP Calibration process.
2 Months Prior
Two months prior to certificate expiration, all assigned system admins, group admins, and users receive a notification that your calibration is about to expire. If no system admins, group admins, or users are assigned to calibration certificates, email notifications will be sent to all user types associated with the SensoScientific Cloud account. Upon receiving email notification, no further action is required.
1 Month Prior
One month prior to certificate expiration, all assigned system admins, group admins, and users receive a notification that your calibration is about to expire. If no system admins, group admins, or users are assigned to calibration certificates, email notifications will be sent to all user types associated with the SensoScientific Cloud account. Upon receiving email notification, no further action is required.
Past Due
A final notification is sent to all assigned system admins, group admins, and users when Calibration Certificates have expired. If no system admins, group admins, or users are assigned to the calibration certificate, email notifications will be sent to all user types associated with the SensoScientific Cloud account.

System Admins and Group Admins have the privilege to enable or disable calibration alarms through a variety of methods.
By Calibration Certificate
To disable alarms by Calibration Certificate, unmark the checkbox in the “Calibration Alarm Enabled” column, found on the “Calibration Status” tab. This feature is accessible for all user level types.
Select the “CALIBRATION” tab in the main menu. You will be automatically taken to the “Calibration Status” page.
Mark and/or unmark the desired checkboxes in the “Calibration Alarm Enabled” column to enable/disable calibration alarms for the desired certificates.
Calibration Alarm Enabled by Certificate
By User
System Admins and Group Admins can disable calibration alarm notifications at the user level by editing a user’s email notification settings.
Select the “CONFIGURATION” tab in the main menu.
Select the “User” tab in the submenu.
The submenu will reveal new options, select the “Configure” tab.
To edit a user’s information, select the “Configure” button of the desired user.
To disable calibration alarm email notifications for the user, ensure the “Calibration Due Date Notification Email” option is OFF. Now, this user will not receive email notifications relating to calibration alarms.

By Global Settings
System Admins can customize which user types receive calibration alarm notifications through the global settings.
Select the “CONFIGURATION” tab in the main menu.
Select the “Setting” tab in the submenu.
The submenu will reveal new options, select the “Configure” tab.
Mark and/or unmark the checkboxes of the desired user level type you wish to receive calibration alarm notifications in the “Calibration Alarm” section.
