Remove the glycol vial from the storage unit by cutting the zip ties that hold it in place.
Separate the glycol bottle from the glycol holster. Unscrew the black cap on the glycol bottle and remove the old probe. (Figure 1)
Insert the new probe into the glycol bottle and screw the black cap.
Secure the glycol bottle to the storage unit using zip ties or strong mounting tape. (Figure 2)
Remove the old probe from the node by twisting the metal fastener counterclockwise and separating the probe from the node’s M8 connector. (Figure 3)
Remove the old probe form the storage unit by threading either end through the storage unit’s designated probe access port or through the door’s hinge. (Figure 4)
Feed the new probe into the storage unit’s designated probe access port of through the door’s hinge.
Attach the new probe to the node by aligning the inner pins of the node’s M8 connector with the holes in the probe’s connector. Push the probe into the M8 connector and twist the metal fastener until secure. (Figure 5)
Ship the old probe back to us by logging in to the SensoScientific Cloud and printing the RMA Label.
You will need to replace the expired probe(s) within your facility.
For your convenience, current Calibration Certificates have been automatically uploaded to the SensoScientific Cloud.
To view Calibration Certificates, please follow these directions:
Log in to the SensoScientific Cloud.
Select the "CALIBRATION" tab in the main menu.
Select the "Calibration Status" tab in the submenu.
Click the "View Certificate" button of the desired probe.
To access expired certificates, please follow these directions:
Log in to the SensoScientific Cloud.
Select the "CALIBRATION" tab in the main menu.
Select the "Calibration Status" tab in the submenu.
Expand the desired year and click the "View Certificate" button
For orders containing 5 or more probes, please return the expired probes to SensoScientific, discard otherwise.
Log in to the SensoScientific Cloud.
Select the "HELP" tab in the main menu.
Select the "RMA Labels" tab in the submenu
View and print hte return label. Place RMA Label on return box and drop it off at your nearest FedEx.
If the RMA Label is not listed on the Cloud portal, please Submit a Ticket and the Technical Support Team will provide one.
