Submit a Ticket
Submitting a ticket is the most efficient way to reach the SensoScientific Technical Support team for troubleshooting solutions and/or questions. We require clients to submit a ticket so we are able to securely document account information. This also enables 24/7 response times and allows you to view archived conversations at a later date.
Contents
Select the “HELP” tab in the main menu.
Select the “Submit a Ticket” tab in the submenu.
Enter details like Name, Callback Number, Email, Node, Issue, and Description. You can also submit an attachment if relevant.
Select the “Submit” button to create the ticket.
