The Cloud distinguishes four (4) user level types that dictate the account’s cloud access. User Level Types may be directly related to job title and/or facility responsibilities. For a comprehensive view of the accessibility and responsibilities of each User Level Type, please continue.

NOTE: System Admins must assign Nodes to Guest User accounts for visibility.
Primary Responsibilities: Generating Reports, Auditing Cloud Data, Viewing Calibration Certificates
Applicable Facility Title: Auditor, etc.
Summary: Guest Users are primarily Auditors with limited cloud access. They cannot make any changes to the cloud, including node/user configuration, alarm confirmation, and/or global settings configuration. They can, however, view nodes on the “Current Status” page, generate reports, and view/print/download Calibration Certificates.
Visible Access: Current Status, Battery Status, Reports, Change Password, Calibration Status, Calibration History, HELP tab
Denied Access: Confirming Alarms, Reset Min/Max, Audit User Action Report, Admin Audit Report, Company Name and Address, Node Configuration, Replace RMA Nodes, User Configuration, Create New User, Group Configuration, Global Settings, Schedule User, Test Notifications
NOTE: System Admins must assign Nodes to Standard User accounts for visibility.
Primary Responsibilities: Monitoring Nodes, Confirming Alarms, Generating Reports
Applicable Facility Title: Nurse, Technician, Assistant, Coordinator, Specialist, etc.
Summary: Standard Users have more day-to-day responsibilities over the cloud. They are responsible for monitoring nodes on the “Current Status” page, generating reports, and can view/print/download Calibration Certificates. Most importantly, this User Level Type will be the primary users in charge of confirming alarms. Thus, these users should be able to receive alarm notifications either via Email, SMS, Voice, or Fax. They cannot make any changes to the cloud, including node, user, and/or global settings configuration.
Visible Access: Current Status, Battery Status, Reset Min/Max, Confirming Alarms, Reports, Change Password, Calibration Status, Calibration History, HELP Tab
Denied Access: Audit User Action Report, Admin Audit Report, Company Name and Address, Node Configuration, Replace RMA Nodes, User Configuration, Create New User, Group Configuration, Global Settings, Schedule Users, Test Notifications
NOTE: System Admins must assign Groups to Group Admin accounts for visibility.
Primary Responsibilities: Monitoring Group Status, Creating Users, Facility Managerial Responsibilities
Applicable Facility Title: Supervisor, Manager, Head Nurse, etc.
Summary: Group Administrators typically have managerial responsibilities within their facility. They are responsible for monitoring the health of the nodes assigned to their group and holding Standard Users accountable to their cloud responsibilities. Group Admins can configure nodes but only if the node is assigned to their group. They cannot create groups or assign nodes/users to groups. The data their account can view is restricted to the nodes and users assigned to the group(s) they are responsible for. This user type might want to receive Data Alarms but may not be responsible for confirming alarms on a day-to-day basis. Signal and Battery Alarm notifications may be more relevant to this user type’s responsibilities, as they may have the privilege within your facility to enact changes to improve Wi-Fi connectivity or purchase batteries.
Visible Access: Current Status, Battery Status, Reset Min/Max, Group Status, Maintenance, Confirming Alarms, ALL Reports, Node Configuration (for nodes assigned to their group), Replace RMA Nodes, User Configuration, Create New User, Change Password, Add/Remove User to Group, Schedule User, Test Notifications, Calibration Status, Calibration History, HELP Tab
Denied Access: Company Name and Address, Add/Remove Node to User, Add/Remove Node to Group, Group Configuration, Global Settings, Calibration Group
Primary Responsibilities: Establishing Groups, Assigning Nodes to Individual Users, Assigning Node/Users to Groups, Node Configuration, Global Settings Configuration
Applicable Facility Title: Director, Head, Officer, President, Chief, etc.
Summary: System Admins have full cloud visibility. They are responsible for setting up the cloud for the entire facility/organization by establishing groups, node configuration, assigning nodes/users to groups, and configuring the global settings that will be used for the entire account. This user type factors the goals and needs of the facility/organization then applies those needs to the cloud preferences. System Admins will be able to access every feature the cloud has to offer. They may not want to receive data alarms but should definitely receive signal and battery alarms.
Visible Access: All
