Select the desired Menu from the “Home” tab. Alternately, you can search for Menus using the search bar at the top of the app.
Select the desired Item from the Menu list. Alternately, you can search for Items using the search bar at the top of the app.
Press the “Record” button through the app or the “Transmit” button on the device to record temperature readings.
When the Wireless Probe takes a temperature within the Item’s established parameters, a popup will signify “Data has been successfully transmitted to cloud,” and a GREEN checkmark will appear in the Item’s field.

When the Wireless Probe takes a temperature reading that exceeds the Item’s established parameters, a popup will signify the temperature is out of range and a RED cross will appear in the item’s field. To continue, select one of the following Corrective Actions:
Record and Notify Manager
Record and Notify Manager allows users to document the failed reading and follow-up with their manager or supervisor to handle the temperature excursion according to the company’s best practices.
Record and Discard
Record and Discard allows users to document the failed reading and discard the item that failed the reading.
Record and Reheat
Record and Reheat allows users to activate the item’s “Reheat/Rechill Reminders”. This is only a valid option if the item has configured Reheat/Rechill Reminders and should be selected if the item’s readings are lower than the required parameter. Don’t Record, Retake Temperature
Don’t Record, Retake Temperature allows users the discard the measurement taken so they can take another temperature reading.
Failed Reading
Red Cross
Users can opt to enter manual entries for items by sliding the toggle next to “Manual” at the top of the Menu page and entering an Item’s temperature.
Slide the toggle next to “Manual” at the top of the Menu page.
Select the center of the measurement area to activate the cursor.
Type the manual entry using the device’s keyboard.
Click the “Record” button to document manual temperature reading.

Menus that are designated as checklists can be timestamped once they are completed by selecting the menu, entering the appropriate information into the fields, and clicking “Submit”.
