If Calibration Certificates have been created in the SensoScientific Cloud account, the “CALIBRATION” tab at the top of the page will be visible. Select it to access the Calibration Portal. From the Portal, all the certificates for SensoScientific probes are listed in each row. This includes the calibration due date and all the important documentation needed to meet compliance.
NOTE: The CALIBRATION Portal will only be applicable to devices calibrated by SensoScientific’s A2LA Accredited Calibration Lab in the HACCP & Cold Storage Cloud. HACCP devices that have not been calibrated by the SensoScientific Calibration Lab will have physical certificates included in each shipment. Certificates should be stored locally in accordance with your facility’s best practices.
SensoScientific’s SNAP Calibration process has automated the task of maintaining calibration compliance and certification by automatically sending your facility freshly calibrated probes prior to current probe’s expiration date. Upon arrival, it is your facility’s responsibility to replace the expired probes with the newly calibrated probes received in the mail. We recommend keeping track of which probes are attached to which nodes by putting the Node Name, Node ID, or MAC Address in the “Notes” section of the “Calibration Status” page. This way, when it comes time for calibration, it is easier for you to locate the probe that needs to be replaced in your facility.
