Initial Login

Note: Default settings are set to log out any user after 20 minutes of inactivity and will require the user to log back in (See Settings to change settings). 

Following the link will redirect you to a SensoScientific Cloud login page. Default credentials are provided to the account’s primary point of contact via the Shipment Tracking Email and Installation Slip found in the package. Default credentials are given System Admin account type privilege. (See User Level Type Permissions for more information.)

Upon initial login, we recommend creating a New User using your personal credentials. (See Create New User for more information.) A successful log-in brings up the “Current Status – Menu” page for accounts with Wireless Probes and the “Current Status” page for accounts using cold storage temperature monitoring. The Main Menu Bar at the top includes the following tabs: ALARM, MONITORING, REPORT, CONFIGURATION, CALIBRATION, and HELP. The submenu bar on the left side displays tab items that differ with the selected main menu tab.
