The SensoScientific Cloud has 22 report types available for you to view data. To access reports, select the “REPORT” tab in the main menu. Report types are visible in the submenu to the left.
The report header shows Report Name, Filtered Selection, Created by, and Date/Time when the report was generated. All Reports can be exported to .pdf, .xls, .csv, ppt., .rtf, .tiff, or Web Archive file. Hard copies can be printed to a local printer.
Users can also receive automated reports through their configured settings. (See Automated Reports for more information.)

Each generated report has a header for report navigation. The header includes:
Navigate Forward/Back to toggle between data sets
First/Last Page to move to the first and last pages of the document
Previous/Next page to toggle between pages
Export Dropdown & Link to select the desired export format and download to local files
Print Preview to view how the document will look when printed
Print to print the document
Audit Report to create a timestamp for users to document when they have viewed a report (See Audit Report for more information.)
Report Header
The Audit Report feature allows users to create a timestamp verifying that they logged into the cloud, generated a report, and approved the report’s content. Audit Reports have the following fields: “Have you reviewed the entire report?”, Approved/Not Approved, and Comment. System and Group Admins can generate a report showing all Audit Reports within a designated time frame. (See Admin Audit Report for more information.)
The Audit Report feature must be enabled by a System Admin through the Global Settings page. (See Admin Audit Report On/Off for more information.)
Audit Report
