This means the node is not detecting the probe, Either it is broken or unplugged.
Make sure there is probe connected on the node.
Swap out the probe that has the same first 4 characters of the serial number.
Call Technical Support for a replacement (refer to Probe Replacement Process for more information)
Turn Off node ( If On/Off switch is available on top of the node )
If NO On/Off switch proceed to step 2.Â
Remove all power source ( Batteries, Power cable )
Press S button 5 times and wait for 10 sec.
With out the batteries, plug in the power cord.
Turn on the node. ( If On/Off switch is available on top of the node )
If NO On/Off switch proceed to step 6.
Once the node beeps and says could not connect to cloud, watch for the green light and press the 2 arrow at the same time.
Turn off the nodeÂ
Remove all power source ( Batteries and A/C adapter )Â
Unscrew the probe and check if all prongs are not loose or missingÂ
Screw the probe back in
With out the batteries plug in the A/C adapterÂ
Turn the node onÂ
Check light status what is blinking and what is steady.
If node still won't connect, gather the following:
Data Cable ( Micro USB )
Laptop or PC that has Admin Access.
Wifi configuration software and Driver Update File ( can be downloaded from the cloud account )
Log in to cloud accountÂ
Click Help TAB
Click Configuration files
