NOTE: Group Admins can only schedule users that have been assigned to their group.
Scheduling a User will establish a time frame in which the user received alarm notifications. That way, the user will not receive notifications when they are not scheduled. This is a useful tool if a user has a consistent schedule and does not want to receive notifications when they are not in the facility and cannot make any corrective actions. Users are automatically set to a 24/7 schedule, customizable on this “Schedule User” page

Select the “CONFIGURATION” tab in the main menu.
Select the “Notifications” tab in the submenu.
The submenu will reveal new options. Select the “Schedule User” tab.
Select the desired user from the dropdown list and click the “Schedule User” button.
Enter the appropriate Start and End Times for each Week Day.
Click the “Add to Schedule” button.

Table data displays the Day, Start Time, End Time, User Name, and the option to Delete a scheduled interval. You can establish multiple time frames for the same day so long as the time frames do not overlap for the selected Week Day (i.e. 10 AM to 3 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM on Saturday.)
