The “ALARM” tab displays all itemized alarms for the nodes that are assigned to your profile. This tab allows you to filter the alarms by Node Name, Ascending/Descending Order, Start and End Date. To proceed with your filtered selection, click the “Retrieve” button. Table information displays Node Name, Node ID, Location, Node Type, Alarm Date, Alarm Type, Min Value Since Alarmed, Max Value Since Alarmed, Value Status, the ability to Confirm Alarm, and a Show Alarm graph that displays readings taken within a 24-hr time period of the alarm.

If the out of range condition persists (i.e. Data, Battery, Signal) then the node will revert to a yellow state. It will wait the allotted Alarm Delay period and then generate another red state alarm. Fix the excursion and then confirm the alarm for the node to return to a green state. For data alarms, be sure the temperature/humidity has stabilized before confirming the alarm. For Signal Alarms, be sure the Wi-Fi Network is functioning, and for Battery Alarms swap out the batteries before confirming the alarm.
**WARNING – DISPLAYED ON THE REPORT TO THE LEFT OF “SORT ALARMS” IS THE “Delete all alarms” FEATURE. BY SELECTING THIS, ALL ALARMS PRESENT WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED AND NO RECORDS CAN BE RECOVERED. **
This note will display when a user generates a corrective action report.
