As with other reports – company Information, calendar date (time frame), creator of the report, and a time stamp will populate on the report header. It additionally shows Sort By and Select Order.
You also have the option to view all suspended actions by marking the checkbox next to the “Include suspended action report” field.
Once run, the report will show the node name, the time, and date that the node was alarmed. It will describe the type of alarm (data/signal/battery) that was generated and the time/date it was confirmed. The user who confirmed the alarm will be indicated as well as the corrective action note stating the action that was taken by the user to correct the alarm. The Root Cause is also displayed for recurring issues (i.e. Open Door). The user can display a graph of the actual readings of the node as well.
SensoScientific recommends running a corrective action report when creating a daily, weekly, or monthly report with the same time frame to show a complete record of actions taken along with the recorded data.
