For Social Studies, the Grade 1/2 classes explored the concept of community. Each group was assigned a different section of the town to recreate, and together they combined their work to create a collaborative diorama. They were invited to dress up as a community worker of their choice to present their project. Great work!
Our Grade 10 students recently took part in the Future Now Expo and the Construction Career Exposition. Two exciting opportunities to explore their futures! At the Future Now Expo, they discovered a wide range of career paths and educational options in a fun and interactive setting.
At the Construction Career Exposition, students dove into hands-on activities, explored the world of skilled trades, and connected with industry professionals. It was an inspiring experience that got them thinking about the many possibilities ahead!
Last week, Tipi Joe visited the school to help us create our very own tipi! Students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 brainstormed ideas, shared their creativity, and worked together to bring the project to life. It was a wonderful opportunity for students to collaborate, learn, and take part in creating something meaningful for our school community.
