Life in Kindergarten sure is great! We are working on merging consonants and vowels together, reading short stories and recognizing numbers in different ways! We have had many different science experiments in the last few weeks! We are also using our problem solving skills in real life situations, especially outside in this nice weather! We sure are enjoying it outside. This week we focused on the Earth and how we can sustain our environment, by reducing, reusing and repairing! We prepared our bulletin board to showcase our hard work!
We’re getting back into the swing of things after spring break in Mme Salina’s Grade 5/6 class! Our field trip to the Winnipeg Art Gallery and the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra was a big hit—students had a wonderful time experiencing the arts firsthand. We also took pride in giving back to our community during our Earth Day clean-up. To top it all off, our April TUSC presenters truly impressed us with their engaging and outstanding presentations!
Congratulations to our badminton athletes who represented ÉHI at the MHSAA Zone 13 championships. Our Varsity girls' doubles, Payton Broesky & Maxine Fillion, took home 3rd place at the event.

Overall, we had 16 athletes across JV & V. This is the largest number of athletes we have ever had qualify for the event. This is a testament to the hard work our athletes have put in. Year after year, our badminton program continues to grow, and this is due to the dedication of our coach, M. Fabien.
Next up, Softball + Track & Field!
